Sunset Specials and Patti's Ramblings 01-09-12
It sure does not feel like January to me. Here in paradise, our days have been foggy in the morning, clear and sun shining in the afternoon and jacket temp in the evening. Afternoon bike rides or dog walks in this weather, makes it really easy to stick with those New Year's Resolutions! Speaking of resolutions... Sunset is working diligently to offer some of the best fresh fish choices in this area. Dewey and Ian are bringing in Scamp, Red Grouper, Triggerfish and Flounder (fresh from the market) each week. Ian is preparing these fish in all kinds of wonderful ways. Really something to check out because... fish is a great protein for the diet conscious!

Lunch - Baked Flounder w/crab stuffing 
Dinner - Tomato, Pesto, Mozzarella encrusted Red Snapper filet
